String Hoppers – Kottu Hut

String hoppers, also known as idiyappam, are a traditional South Asian dish common in Sri Lanka and Southern India (Kerala and Tamil Nadu). They consist of rice flour dough pressed into thin, noodle-like strands, formed into circular “nests,” and then steamed.
